Abstract:
Předkládaná bakalářská práce analyzuje současný stav výzkumu v oblasti elektricky vodivých lepidel, jakožto alternativy vhodné pro nahrazení olovnatých pájek, která splňuje aktuální legislativní požadavky Evropské unie.
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis analyses current state of research of electrically conductive adhesives as a possible tin-lead solders replacement, which is designed to match the requirements of the European Union legislation.
