Abstract:
Práce shrnuje poznatky v oblasti sebeobrany a sebeobrany vozíčkářů. Popisuje kurz sebeobrany pro vozíčkáře a hodnotí, nakolik byl pro účastníky efektivní a jak se po kurzu změnilo vnímání sebe sama v kontextu rizik napadení a sebeobrany.
Abstract:
The thesis summarizes knowledge in the area of selfdefense and selfdefense of the people using wheelchairs. Describes selfdefense course for the peaople using wheelchairs and evaluates its effectivness for participants and its effect on participants selfevaluation in the field of selfdefense.
