Influence of the registration of sales on the mitigation of shadow economy in gastronomy

Abstract:

Téma bakalářské práce je „Vliv elektronické evidence tržeb na snížení stínové ekonomiky v gastronomii“. Jedná se o téma velice aktuální, protože od 1. prosince 2016 se povinnost evidovat tržby bude podle zákona č. 112/2016 o elektronické evidenci tržeb postupně týkat všech podnikatelů. Nejdříve půjde o podnikatele, kteří podnikají v oboru ubytování CZ-NACE 55 a stravování a pohostinství CZ-NACE 56 (restaurace, hospody, kavárny, kantýny, stánky, catering…). Cílem práce je posoudit vliv elektronické evidence tržeb na stínovou ekonomiku v gastronomii. Teoretická část se v první řadě zabývá základními příčinami vzniku stínové ekonomiky v gastronomii a jejími důsledky a seznamuje se základními informacemi, které se týkají elektronické evidence tržeb. Analytická část je založena na analýze malého podniku Craft Beer Pub, která je zaměřená např. na charakteristiku konceptu, jeho marketingové koncepce, cenové politiky, porovnání s konkurenty na trhu a budoucí náklady spojené s elektronickou evidencí tržeb. Závěr analytické části obsahuje dotazníkové šetření provedené mezi podnikateli v oboru stravování a pohostinství. Závěr práce představuje shrnutí získaných informací a vlastního šetření.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is “ The Impact of the Electronic Records of Sales System on a Shadow Economy in Gastronomy“. This is a highly topical matter because beginning from December 1st 2016 all the enterpreneurs will be included gradually in a compulsory electronic records of sales system according to the law No 112/2016. First there will be those enterpreneurs whose business is in the field of accommodation CZ-NACE 55 and catering industry CZ-NACE 56 (restaurants, pubs, cafés, canteens, stalls and other kinds of catering). The thesis aims at evaluating the impact of the electronic records of sales system on a shadow economy in gastronomy. The theoretical part deals first of all with basic causes of a shadow economy establishment in gastronomy and their consequences and it gives basic information concerning the electronic records of sales system. The analytic part is based on a small firm Craft Beer Pub analysis which focuses e.g. on the main features of the conception, its marketing conception, price policy, comparison with trade competitors and future expenses connected with the electronic records of sales system. The conclusion of the analytic part comprises a questionaire research among the enterpreneurs in the field of catering industry. The conclusion of the thesis brings a summary of gained information and the research.
