Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá postavením poškozeného v trestním řízení a jeho nárokem na náhradu škody způsobené trestným činem. Práce dále popisuje možnosti uplatnění nároku a postup soudu při rozhodování o náhradě škody. Práce také řeší možnosti zlepšení současné úpravy postavení poškozeného v rámci trestního řízení.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the injured´s position in the criminal proceeding and his claim to damages caused by a crime. This thesis describes how to set up a claim and the judicial process by decision taking on damages. This thesis also deals with improvements of the injured´s position in the criminal proceeding.
