The change of the legal form of the small-scale enterprise
Abstract:
Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na podnikání osoby samostatně výdělečně činné, na její daňové povinnosti a vedení daňové evidence. Dále je zaměřena na podnikání společnosti s ručením omezeným, na vedení účetnictví a na daňové povinnosti této právní formy. Také se zabývá otázkou vzniku společnosti s ručením omezeným, od sepsání společenské smlouvy po zápis do obchodního rejstříku.
Abstract:
The present bachelor work is focused on business self-employed persons to the tax obligations and tax accounting. It deals with business limited liability company, accounting and the tax obligations this form of business. It also deals with the issue of incorporation of limited liability company, drafting of the social contract after entry into the business register.
