Bakalárska práca sa bližšie zaoberá manažérskym jednaním. Zameriava sa na základné termíny charakterizujúce techniky jednania, komunikácie, motivácie a iných základných pojmov. V prvej kapitole sa venujeme opisu manažéra, jeho kompetencií. Definujeme problematiku vlastností manažéra – aký by mal manažér byť.
