Autor: Bc. Pavla Hlaváčová Název: Možnosti rozvoje malého podniku Předmětem diplomové práce je zpracování návrhu nové strategie při rozšíření rodinného podniku o výstavbu zcela nového areálu. Areál bude zčásti využíván jako zázemí farmy, jezdecké centrum a apartmánové ubytování s restaurací. Nová strategie by měla zvýšit zisk a konkurenceschopnost firmy na trhu.
