Predmetom bakalárskej práce ,,Efektívnosť nástrojov výberového konania“ je rozbor metód, ktoré sa využívajú pre výberovom konaní. V prvej časti práce je táto tematika zachytená z teoretického hľadiska. Nachádza sa tu opis celého procesu výberového konania od vypísania voľnej pracovnej pozície až po hodnotiaci systém, ktorý slúži nielen na ohodnotenie zamestnancov, ale aj na ich udržanie.
