Tato diplomová práce se zabývá efektivitou léčby amblyopie u dětí ve věku od 3 do12 let. V rámci teoretické části jsou shrnuty obecné poznatky o amblyopii, jejím dělení a patofyziologii. Dále jsou zde zmíněny základní diagnostické metody a využívané terapeutické postupy. This master's thesis deals with the efficiency of the treatment of amblyopia in children aged 3 to 12 years old. The theoretical part summarizes general information about amblyopia, its divisions and pathophysiology. Furthermore, basic diagnostic methods and therapeutic procedures are approached.
