Mnohočetný myelom (MM) patří mezi nádorová onemocnění projevující se infiltrací patologických plazmatických buněk do kostní dřeně, výskytem osteolytických lézí a přítomností monoklonálního imunoglobulinu v séru a/nebo v moči pacientů. Abstract:
Multiple myeloma (MM) is a malignant disease manifesting infiltration of pathological plasma cells in the bone marrow, the incidence osteolytic lesions and presence of monoclonal immunoglobulin in serum and / or urine of patients.
