The use of simulation medicine in the training of pre-hospital care for pediatric patients in training centers of individual emergency services

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pod názvem Využití simulační medicíny při nácviku přednemocniční péče u pediatrických pacientů ve výcvikových centrech jednotlivých záchranných služeb se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí. Zaprvé část teoretická a zadruhé část průzkumná. Teoretická část obsahuje stručný popis pojmu simulační medicína s důrazem na její aplikaci pro pediatrické pacienty. Dále je zde nastíněn význam přednemocniční a urgentní péče a závěr této části bakalářské práce nás uvádí do problematiky výcvikových center jednotlivých záchranných služeb. V průzkumné časti se práce soustřeďuje na monitorování vybavenosti výcvikových center pomůckami simulační medicíny pro pediatrické pacienty, dále jejich využitím zdravotnickými záchranáři v rámci školení a získávání zdravotnické praxe v řešení urgentních situací. Ve finálních kapitolách práce jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky průzkumu a navržena nová řešení ke zvýšení připravenosti zdravotnických pracovníku při řešení akutních pediatrických případů v terénu.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis titled The use of simulation medicine in the training of pre-hospital care for pediatric patients in training centers of individual emergency services consists of two main parts. Firstly, it is the theoretical part and secondly, the research part. The theoretical part contains a brief description of the term simulation medicine with emphasis on its application for pediatric patients. Furthermore, the importance of pre-hospital and emergency care is outlined. The conclusion of this part of the bachelor's thesis introduces us to the problematics of training centers of individual rescue services. In the research part, the thesis is focused on monitoring the equipment of training centers with simulation medicine aids for pediatric patients, as well as their use by paramedics in training and gaining medical practice in dealing with emergency situations. In the final chapters of the thesis, the results of the research are evaluated and new solutions are proposed in order to increase the readiness of healthcare professionals in dealing with acute pediatric emergency cases in the field.
