Transepidermal water loss and the barrier function of skin
Abstract:
Práce popisuje stavbu kůže a její funkce. Důraz je kladen na její ochranné bariérové vlastnosti a mechanismy. Podrobně je rozebrána problematika transepidermální ztráty vody jako primárního ukazatele bariérové funkce kůže.
Abstract:
This work describes the construction of the skin and its functions. Emphasis is placed on the protective properties of the barrier and mechanisms. The issue of transepidermal water loss as the primary indicator of skin barrier function is analyzed.
