Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje kriminalistické metodě identifikace osob podle vnějších znaků. Cílem závěrečné práce je představit, popsat, zanalyzovat a porovnat nejpoužívanější metody ztotožňování osob na základě jejich vnějších znaků. Při její tvorbě bylo použito zejména metody analýzy a následné syntézy shromážděných zdrojů. V jednotlivých částech práce budou nejprve objasněny základní pojmy, poté bude ve stručnosti přiblížen historický vývoj kriminalistického popisování osob pro identifikační účely a následně budou popsány jednotlivé metody používané jak při popisování osob, tak i při následném převodu takto získaného popisu do obrazové podoby. Některé z identifikačních metod budou pro lepší názornost přiblíženy i na konkrétních případech z praxe.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the criminalistic method of identification of persons by external features. The purpose of the thesis is to introduce, describe, analyse and compare the most commonly used methods of the identification of individuals on the basis of their physical characteristics. The author focuses in particular on the analytic method followed by the synthesis of collected resources. In the initial part of the thesis, the author defines the basic terms then he describes the historical development of the criminalistics description of individuals for the purpose of their identification. Thereafter he deals with the particular methods used in connection with both the description of individuals and the transfer of such description into the image form. For a better clarity some of the identification methods are demonstrated on specific cases from the criminalistics practise.
