Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na sociální práci s rodinou, která na základě rozhodnutí soudu o uložení výchovného opatření ve formě dohledu, spolupracuje s orgánem sociálně právní ochrany dětí. Implementaci sociálně-právní ochrany dětí realizují v praxi sociální pracovníci. V této práci jsou definovány pojmy, jako je rodina, dohled, sociálně právní ochrana dětí, některé přístupy práce s rodinou, zanedbávání dětí, individuální plán ochrany dítěte nebo pojem případová konference. Práce je konstruována teoreticko-aplikačně a do aplikační části jsou zařazeny tři kazuistiky z oblasti sociální práce s nezletilými dětmi a jejich rodinami. Cílem je komparovat metody sociální práce, které byly použity různými sociálními pracovníky u tří odlišných kazuistik s nařízeným dohledem v rámci výkonu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. V první kazuistice se jedná o zanedbání péče v úplné sociálně slabé rodině s nadužíváním alkoholu a vztahovými problémy mezi rodiči. V druhé kazuistice jde o zanedbávání v kontextu neúplné rodiny, pracující matky samoživitelky, nezvládání tlaku na zabezpečení nezletilých dětí vyúsťující do nadužívání alkoholu. V třetí rodině byl stanoven dohled pro výchovné problémy související s chováním nezletilého dítěte a mezigeneračním konfliktem mezi ním a prarodičem. V kazuistikách byl aplikován přístup zaměřený na klienta a úkolový přístup. V případě sociální práce s výchovnými problémy na straně nezletilého byl také mimo dvou výše uvedených technik uplatněn přístup systemický. Závěrem bylo vyhodnoceno, že přístup úkolový a zaměřený na člověka byl využit sociálními pracovníky ve všech řešených situacích. Systemický přístup byl implementován do praxe sociálním pracovníkem pouze v případě mezigeneračních konfliktů a výchovných problémů na straně dětského klienta. I zde však byli klienti, pro časovou náročnost terapie, předáni, v tomto ohledu, do péče odborníka v systemické terapii.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis focuses on social work with the family, which, on the basis of the court's decision to impose an educational measure in the form of supervision, cooperates with the social legal protection of children. Social workers implement social-legal protection of children in practice. This work defines concepts such as family, supervision, social legal protection of children, certain approaches of working with family, child neglect, individual child protection plan or the concept of a case conference. My work is constructed theoretically applied and three case reports in the field of social work with underage children and their families are included in the application section. The aim is to comparative the methods of social work that have been used by different social workers in three different case reports in the exercise of social-legal protection of children. In the first case report, it is the neglect of care in a completely socially weak family with overuse of alcohol and relationship problems between parents. In the second case report it is neglect in the context of an incomplete family, a single mother who works but does not manage to press for the security of underage children resulting in alcohol abuse. In the third family, supervision was established for educational problems related to the behavior of the minor child and the intergenerational conflict between him and the grandparent. In the case reports, a client-oriented approach and a task approach were applied. In the case of social work with educational problems on the part of the minor, a systematic approach was also applied outside the two above techniques. In conclusion, it was assessed that the human-oriented approach was used by social workers in all situations dealt with. The systematic approach was implemented into practice by a social worker only in case of intergenerational conflicts and educational problems on the part of the child client. Here, however, clients, for the time-consuming nature of therapy, were transferred, in this regard, to the care of a specialist in systematic therapy.
