This thesis focuses on the Czech republic balance of payments analysis and its external economic balance indicators study in the period of 2004 – 2014. First part of the thesis approaches theoretical concept of balance of payments statistics as well as its compilation changes coming out of IMF’s 6th balance of payments manual.
