Contemporary art as an inspiration for free-time art activities

Abstract:

Cílem závěrečné práce je realizovat v praxi (např. ve školní družině) alespoň tři výtvarné aktivity zaměřené na zprostředkování současného umění. Při realizaci aktivit je kladen důraz na rozvíjení kreativity u dětí, jejich imaginace a vizuální gramotnosti. V teoretické části práce studentka objasní tvorbu některých současných umělců, které si zvolí jako inspirační východisko výtvarných aktivit (např. Cyril Hančl, Krištof Kintera). Pro účely edukace interpretuje některá jejich díla. S oporou o literaturu z oblasti didaktiky výtvarné výchovy vysvětlí současné cíle výtvarné výchovy a přínos zprostředkovávání uměleckých děl pro edukaci. Praktická část obsahuje písemnou přípravu edukačních výtvarných aktivit dle didaktické struktury, důkladnou reflexi výuky, fotodokumentaci edukačního procesu a výstupů výtvarné tvorby.

Abstract:

The aim of the graduate thesis is to implement in practice (e.g. in a childcare) at least three art activities focused on the mediation of contemporary art. In the implementation of the activities, the emphasis is on developing children's creativity, imagination and visual literacy. In the theoretical part of the work, the student will explain the work of some contemporary artists, which she chooses as inspiration for the art activities (e.g. Cyril Hančl, Krištof Kintera). For the purpose of education she interprets some of their works. With the support of literature from the field of didactics of art education, she explains the current goals of art education and the contribution of mediating works of art to education. The practical part includes the written preparation of educational art activities according to the didactic structure, a thorough reflection on the teaching, photo documentation of the educational process and the outcomes of the artwork.
