Verbs and deverbal formations as a source of creation of legal terminology (a comparative Study of Czech and Ukrainian languages)
Abstract:
The submitted thesis focuses on a comparative research of Ukrainian and Czech legal terminology, expressed by verbs and verb derivatives. Its aim is to clarify the role of verbs and deverbatives in legal terminology and to show the specifics of their word formation and translation.
Abstract:
Předkládaná disertační práce se věnuje komparativnímu výzkumu ukrajinské a české právní terminologie, vyjádřené slovesy a slovesnými odvozeninami a má za cíl zjistit roli verbů a deverbativů v právní terminologii a ukázat specifika jejich slovotvorby a překladu.
