Tato práce se zabývá problematikou nutričního složení vývarů z hlediska obsahu minerálních látek. Teoretická část poskytuje základní informace o vývarech, dál rozebírá jejich nutriční složení a možné zdravotní přínosy nebo rizika, vyplývající z jejich konzumace.
