CRM System for Educational Services
Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na analýzu požadavků firmy působící v oblasti vzdělávacích služeb. Pro danou společnost se snaží navrhnout ideální systém sledující zákazníky, zaměstnance, kontakty mezi nimi a školení, která firma veřejnosti nabízí. Na základě tohoto návrhu je systém zrealizován.
Abstract:
The thesis targets the analysis of requirement of a company which operates in the scope of educational services. It aims for this company to design essential system which wathches customers, employees, communication between them and the seminars which are offered to the public. The system is realized on the basis of this concept.
