Abstract:

Bakalářské práce se zabývá vytvořením technického a obchodního rejstříku služeb a činností v Namibii. Jeho cílem je identifikovat mezery které brání výzkumu v odborných vstupních a výstupních činnostech ,obchodní evoluci v průběhu času, faktory který mají vliv na technické a obchodní přizpůsobování, růst, dynamiku a na samotné podnikatele. Také obsahuje užitečné definice obchodních organizací a jejích rozsah činnosti, finanční a obchodní podpory, o transformaci obchodních činností a jejich organizace.Bude také pomáhat místnímu obchodu aby jeho účastníci znali svoji konkurenci na trhu a umožní jim účast na mezinárodním trhu a investicích. Namibijský průmysl potřebuje obsažnější soubor dat o odchodních společnostech, zákonech a ekonomických vlastnostech prostředí ve kterém pracuje.

Abstract:

The thesis is about the creation of a Mechanical business registry of services activities in Namibia. Its aim is to identify gaps that hamper research on mechanical business entry and exit, business evolution over time, factors that influence mechanical business adaptation and growth, the dynamics of the self-employed, useful definitions of business organizations and their scope of operations, financial and other business-to-business linkages, and the transformation of business activities and organizations. It will also help local business to know who are their competitors in the market and gives them exposure to international market and investors. Namibia mechanical industry need richer types of data on business enterprises, business owners, and the legal, fiscal, and economic characteristics of the environments in which they operate.
