Abstract:
V předložené bakalářské práci se věnujeme problematice dárcovství kostní dřeně. Cílem práce je zjistit míru informovanosti veřejnosti o dárcovství kostní dřeně. V teoretické části se zabýváme dárcovstvím kostní dřeně a krvetvorných buněk, jejich využitím v praxi, metodami transplantací kostní dřeně, onemocněním, které je léčeno transplantací, HLA typizací, registry dárců. In this bachelor thesis we deal with the issue of bone marrow donation. The aim of this work is to determine the level of public awareness of bone marrow donation. In the theoretical part we examine bone marrow and hematopoietic stem cell donation, their use in practice, methods of bone marrow transplantation, diseases that are treated by transplantation, HLA typing and donor registries.
