This thesis focuses on analyzing and assessing the effectiveness of the Czech National Bank’s monetary policy as it has been conducted from the bank’s establishment until present. The effectiveness is understood as a degree of fulfillment of goals given to the Czech National Bank by domestic and European legislation.
