Cílem diplomové práce je na základě zjištěných skutečností vymezit konkrétní problémy přestupků na úseku vnitřní bezpečnosti, analyzovat je a navrhnout soubor řešení umožňující jejich změnu, či odstranění. The aim of the diploma thesis is to define specific problems in the area of violations in internal security, to analyze them and to propose a set of solutions enabling their change or elimination, based on the stablished facts.
