This Diploma Thesis deals with analysis of a system of planning and implementation of plans in the bank VÚB, a.s. The Thesis consists of three chapters. The aim of this Thesis is to evaluate the system used in the bank VÚB, a.s. in order to achieve commercial goals of the bank. Diplomová práca sa zaoberá analýzou systému plánovania a realizácie plánov vo VÚB banke, a.s. Práca je rozdelená do troch kapitol. Cieľom práce je zhodnotiť uplatňovaný systém vo VÚB, a.s. v kontexte dosahovania obchodných cieľov banky.
