Abstract:
Cílem práce je zhodnotit alternativy k uchovávání provozních a lokalizačních údajů ve smyslu zrušené Směrnice 2006/24/EC. První část práce je zaměřena na výhody a nevýhody data retention a rozbor zrušujícího rozhodnutí Evropského soudního dvora ve spojených věcech C-293/12 a C-594/12. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to evaluate alternatives to data retention telecommunication traffic and location data in the sense of former directive 2006/24/EC. The first part of the thesis is focused on introducing data retention and defining pros and cons of it and analysis the European Court of Justice’s decision C-293/12 and C-594/12 where the court abolished the directive.
