Evaluation of the investment effectiveness in company ZEAS Březná a. s.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení efektivnosti investičního projektu v podniku ZEAS Březná a. s., konkrétně investice do výstavby bioplynové stanice provedené v roce 2013. Práce je rozdělena do 2 velkých celků - metodické části a praktické části. V první části se zabývá klíčovými pojmy v oblasti hodnocení efektivnosti investičních projektů a zejména metodami tohoto hodnocení. V části praktické se nachází samotné hodnocení efektivnosti, a to provedené před realizací projektu, a poté provedené po 2 letech provozu projektu za použití skutečných dat z těchto 2 let. V závěru práce je shrnutí výsledků hodnocení efektivnosti a na nich založené doporučení o přijetí či odmítnutí projektu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of the investment project effectiveness in company ZEAS Březná a. s., specifically investment into building the biogas station accomplished in 2013. The thesis is divided into 2 large units - the theoretical unit and the practical unit. In the first part thesis deals with key terms of the area of evaluation of the investment project effectiveness and particularly methods of this evaluation. In the practical part there is evalution of the effectiveness itself, made before implementation of this project, and then made after 2 years of working of project using real data from these 2 years. In the end of the thesis is summary of results of evaluation of the effectiveness and recommendation of accepting or rejecting the project based on these results.
