Exercises on the trapeze on the lessons physical education in the middle school and in the partition of sports gymnastics.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřená na sportovní gymnastiku. Skládá se ze dvou částí a to z písemné části a DVD snímku. V teoretické části je objasněn pojem gymnastiky, její rozdělení, slavná jména a důležitost gymnastiky na 1. stupni ZŠ. Hlavním bodem je však hrazda a cvičení na hrazdě, dále jsou zde teoretické poznatky o záchraně, dopomoci, průpravném cvičení a o organizaci výuky při hodině tělesné výchovy. Hlavní část je zaměřená na metodiku nácviku, na organizaci při vyučování a v oddíle sportovní gymnastiky, jsou zde popsané cviky na hrazdě a jednoduché sestavy vhodné pro základní školu a pro oddíl sportovní gymnastiky. DVD snímek obsahuje protahovací cvičení s průpravnými cviky, s cviky a sestavami na hrazdě a to při vyučovací hodině a v oddíle sportovní gymnastiky. Snímek je doprovázen komentářem.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focuses the gymnastics. The diploma thesis consists of two parts {--} written one and a DVD record. The main idea of gymnastics, its division, famous names and importance of gymnastics are explained in the theoretical part. But the main point is the trapeze and trapeze excercise. Then theoretical ideas about the rescue, help, preparatory training and organisation of the PE lesson. The main part focuses parctise methodology and organisation of educational process. In the part of gymnastics there are trapeze excercises and simple gymnastics combinations described. They are especially suitable for primary schools and gymnastics clubs. DVD record contains warming up excercises with preparatory training, trapeze excercises and combinations recorded during PE lessons and in the gymnastics club. The commentary to the record is provided.
