Management of respiratory motion in radiation oncology
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou řízení respiračních pohybů v radiační onkologii, které mají vliv na pohyb cílového objemu a přesnost aplikovaného záření. Zahrnuje jednotlivé metody a postupy, které mají kompenzovat odchylky způsobené dýchacími pohyby. Tyto metody a postupy mají za úkol především přesné ozáření tumoru a minimalizaci ozáření zdravých tkání.Abstract:
The thesis deals with the management of respiratory movements in radiation oncology, which influence the movement of target volume and accuracy of applied radiation. It includes individual methods and procedures to compensate for deviations caused by respiratory movements. These methods and procedures are primarily aimed at accurately irradiating the tumor and minimizing radiation of healthy tissues
