Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma „Identifikační a lokalizační studie brownfieldů“ je rozdělena na část teoretickou a aplikační. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení pojmu brownfiels a problematikou s brownfieldy spojenou. Součástí teoretické části jsou popsané způsoby klasifikace jednotlivých brownfieldů, kapitola spjatá s návrhy regenerací a krátké pojednání o identifikaci a lokalizaci brownfieldů spolu s vytvořením databáze brownfieldů. V aplikační části následuje rozbor zkoumaného území pro ORP Vimperk a Strakonice. Nacházejí se zde informace, které napomohly k vytvoření katalogových listů pro každý jednotlivý brownfield. Samotné katalogové listy jsou sice součástí aplikační části, avšak pro svůj velký rozsah jsou řešeny v Příloze 1 a 2. V Příloze 3 bude zpracovaná mapa pomocí vyznačených bodů s kódy brownfieldů. Dále jsou osvětlené výzkumné problémy vyhodnocením počtu brownfieldů na zkoumaném území a jaké typy brownfieldů jsou na řešeném území zastoupené největším počtem. Největším přínosem práce je zmapování výskytu brownfieldů na řešeném území pro ORP Vimperk a Strakonice, která může sloužit městským úřadům pro územní plánování, také pro případné zájmy investorů, kteří přemýšlejí o investici právě do brownfieldu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis on the topic "Identification and localization study of brownfields" is divided into the theoretical and application part. The theoretical part is focused on defining the term brownfield and the problem with brownfields connected. The theoretical part contains described ways of classification of brownfields, a chapter related to proposals of regeneration and a short discussion on the identification and localization of brownfields along with the creation of a brownfield database. The application section is followed by an analysis of the investigated area of municipalities with extended competence Vimperk and Strakonice. It contains information that helped to create catalogue sheets for each single brownfield. Although the catalog sheets themselves are part of the application section, they are addressed in Attachements 1 and 2 for their large scale. In Attachement 3, the map will be processed using marked points with brownfield codes. Further, the research problems are illuminated by evaluating the number of brownfields in the investigated area and what types of brownfields are represented mostly. The greatest contribution of the work is the mapping of the occurrence of brownfields on the territory of municipalities with extended competence Vimperk and Strakonice, which can serve the town authorities in case of area planning, as well as potential investors, who are thinking about investing in the brownfield.
