Diplomová práca načrtáva štruktúru VÚC BBSK a jej organizácií, analyzuje súčasný model obstarávania a centrálny model obstarávania s jeho rôznymi variantmi. Na základe analýzy stanovených kritérií, v záverečnej časti práce navrhuje vhodný ekonomický systém pre realizáciu komplexného centrálneho obstarávania.
