Diplomová práce se zabývá dopadem pandemie Covid-19 na chování spotřebitelů kávy a na podnikání kaváren. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat změny chování a preferencí českých spotřebitelů na trhu kávy v důsledku pandemie Covid-19 z pohledu kaváren. Abstract:
This diploma thesis focuses on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on consumer behaviour and on coffee shop industry. The main aim of the thesis is to analyse changes in consumer behaviour and preferences of Czech coffee consumers during the pandemic crisis.
