Předmětem diplomové práce „Optimální sankce u kartelu“ je rozbor teorie optimální sankce u kartelu a následně její uplatnění v praxi soutěžních orgánů. The master thesis "Optimal Cartel Sanctions" is an analysis of the theory of optimal sanctions for cartel and consequently its application in practice of competition authorities.
