Tato diplomová práce řeší problematiku reklamních zařízení v oblasti pozemních komunikací se zaměřením na silniční ochranné pásmo, a to jak z pohledu stavebního zákona, tak z pohledu zákona o pozemních komunikacích. The present thesis deals with advertising equipment alongside roads, with a focus on the road protection zone, according to the Building Act as well as the Roads Act.
