Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřená na využití hypotečních úvěrů v souvislosti s osobními financemi klienta. Cílem práce je zjistit výhodnost využití hypotečního úvěru jako finanční páky. Metodická část vysvětluje základní pojmy a matematické vzorce použité v této práci. This submitted diploma thesis is focused on the use of mortgage loans in connection with the client's personal finances. The aim of this work is to find out the advantage of using a mortgage loan as financial leverage. The methodical part explains the basic terms and mathematical formulas used in this work.
