Abstract:
V této diplomové práci se věnujeme elektronové mikroskopii. Práce vytváří učební materiály pro střední školu v různé podobě, jako je učebnicový text, kvíz či komiks. V rámci práce byl sestaven, zadán a vyhodnocen dotazník testující všeobecný přehled o elektronové mikroskopii mezi středoškolskými studenty. In this diploma thesis we deal with electron microscopy. The work creates teaching materials for high school in various forms, such as textbook text, quiz or comics. The questionnaire testing general overview of electron microscopy among high school students was compiled, assigned and evaluated.
