Communication and typology of personality

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá komunikací, jejími typy a efektivitou ve vztahu k typologii osobnosti podle MBTI. V rámci teoretické části jsou popsány pojmy týkající se komunikace ať verbální a nebo neverbální. Dále je charakterizována typologie MBTI, její vznik, jednotlivé preference a z nich vycházejících 16 osobnostních typů. Teoretická část práce čerpá z odborné literatury autorů M. Čakrta, O. Kroegera, a nebo samotných autorek typologie MBTI Myersové s Briggsovou a jejich předchůdce C. G. Junga. Praktická část analyzuje jednotlivé zaměstnance společnosti Heiden, s. r. o. Popisuje charakteristiku jejich osobnosti z profesního hlediska v návaznosti na výkon pracovních pozic, které zastávají. Řeší vhodnost rozmístění jednotlivých zaměstnanců v rámci pracovního kolektivu a také jejich přínos pro společnost a své spolupracovníky. Praktická část se opírá o typologii vycházející z vyhodnocení testů osobnosti MBTI a reálného chování daných zaměstnanců v praxi.

Abstract:

This thesis is dealing with complexity of communication, its types and effectiveness in relation to personality typology according to the MBTI. The types of verbal and nonverbal communication are described in the theoretical part . Then MBTI typology is defined as for its origin, and its criteria for 16 human types. The theoretical part of the theses is based on special literature by M. Čakrt, O. Kroeger or the MBTI authors , Myers and Briggs, and their predecessor C. G. Jung. The practical part comprises the personality analysis of the individual employees in the Heiden Ltd. Company. It describes personality characteristics in requirements for their job profile and effectiveness at a particular job positions. It also deals with suitability of the individual placement within a work team and their possible goals for a company and co-workers. The practical part takes into consideration the MBTI personality typology and employees behavior patterns in the real work environment.
