Abstract:
Práce se zabývá průvodním dopisem k žádosti o zaměstnání. V první části výzkumu je analyzován z pohledu teorie transakční analýzy, především ego-stavu. Byly nalezeny souvislosti mezi výskytem jazykových atributů jednotlivých ego-stavů a věkem, genderem, délkou praxe, zkušenostmi s vedením podřízených a pozicí, o kterou měl uchazeč zájem. Abstract:
The study examines the cover letter in a job application process. The first part of the study analyses 150 cover letters according transaction analysis theory, especially ego-states. The significant associations between frequency of each ego-state and age, gender, length of work experiences, management experiences and applied position were found.
