Abstract:

Bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na průzkum a analýzu současného stavu týkajícího se dodržování zákoníku práce ze strany zaměstnavatelů v oblasti pracovněprávních vztahů, dle aktuální platné právní úpravy dle zákona č. 262/2006 Sb. s účinností platné po schválení novely 93/2017 Sb. od 1. 4. 2017. Využívá uvedené zdroje v kombinaci s praktickými zkušenostmi autorky. V aplikační části jsou veřejně přístupné informace a výsledky získané ze Státního úřadu inspekce práce. Výsledky z kontrol provedených v roce 2015 v rámci plánovaných, mimořádných kontrol a nedostatků zjištěních z poradenské činnosti, které jsou statisticky vyhodnocené. Během sledovaného roku došlo k novele zákoníku práce, s účinností od 1. 10. 2015. Výsledky zahrnují obě tyto období. Autorka přihlíží k tomuto aktu ve vlastním vyhodnocování získaných výsledků. Část práce je věnována Státnímu úřadu inspekce práce a jeho úloze ve vyhodnocování kontrol a zjištěných nedostatků.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the research and analysis of the current state of the labor law observance by employers in the field of labor relations, according to the current legal regulation pursuant to Act No. 262/2006 Coll. from the 21th. April 2006 with effect valid after the approval of amendment 93/2017 Coll. from the 1th. April 2017. It uses these resources in combination with the author´s practical experience. In The application section are publicly accessible informations and results obtained from the State Labor Inspection Authority. The results of the controls carried out in 2015 from the framework of the planned, extraordinary inspections and shortcomings of the findings of the advisory activity, which are statistically evaluted. During the reference year there was a new amendment to the Labor Code with the effect from the 1th. October 2015. The results include both these periods. The author sees the act of this act in its own evaluation of the results obtained. Part of the work is devoted to the State Labor Inspectorate and its role in the evaluation of controls and identified shortcomings.
