Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá Likvidací družstva, jako závěrečnou fází existence této právnické osoby. Po naplnění účelu, pro který bylo družstvo založeno a fungovalo, dochází rozhodnutím členské schůze (případně rozhodnutím soudu) k jeho zrušení. Aby mohlo dojít k faktickému zániku, musí proběhnout fáze likvidace družstva, v rámci níž se vypořádají všechny pohledávky a závazky firmy a rozdělí případný …more

The bachelor thesis deals with the Liquidation of cooperative society as a final phase of the existence of corporate body. The fulfillment of the purpose, which the cooperative society was established for and operated, is followed by the decision of the Member´s Meeting (in case of need by the order of the Court) to liquidate the cooperative society.
