Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou podvodů na finančních trzích s bližším zaměřením na phishing. V teoretické části práce nejprve vymezuji jednotlivé podvody v různých sektorech finančního trhu a dále podrobněji popisuji phishing, jeho typy, vývoj, konkrétní příklady a také jak tento útok rozpoznat. This thesis deals with the issue of frauds in financial markets with a closer focus on phishing. In the theoretical part of the thesis, I first define individual frauds in different sectors of the financial market and then describe in more detail phishing, its types, development, specific examples and how to recognize this attack.
