Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na optimalizaci výrobního procesu v prostředí reálného podniku, konkrétně procesu montáže pásového dopravníku, který je určen pro vstřikovací lisy. Cílem práce bylo určit kritická místa procesu a následně navrhnout jejich řešení. Určení kritických míst probíhalo na základě analýzy procesu. Řešením těchto bodů byl vytvořen model procesu, návodka a změřen čas montáže. V závěrečné části jsou zhodnoceny potenciální přínosy těchto řešení. Navržená řešení byla předána zástupcům podniku k jejich posouzení a případné implementaci do výroby.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the optimization of the production process in the environment of a real company, specifically the process of assembling a belt conveyor, which is designed for injection moulding machines. The aim of the thesis was to identify the critical points of the process and then propose their solutions. The identification of critical points was based on an analysis of the process. By solving these points, a process model, construction instructions and measurement of the assembly time were created. The final part evaluates the potential benefits of these solutions. The proposed solutions were handed over to the company's representatives for their assessment and possible implementation in production.
