Tato bakalářská práce shrnuje současné poznatky o neceliakální glutenové senzitivitě (NCGS). Teoretická část je věnována jejímu zařazení mezi onemocnění vyvolaná lepkem, diagnostice, klinickým projevům, možnému mechanismu vzniku a dále látkám, které mohou odpovídat za vznik symptomů. The bachelor's thesis summarizes current knowledge about non-celiac gluten sensitivity (NCGS). The theoretical part is devoted to the classification of gluten-related disorders, its diagnosis, clinical manifestations and possible mechanisms of its formation.
