Abstract:
Tématem této práce jsou virové vektory, které se v budoucnu mohou stát zásadní pro vývoj genové terapie. Práce popisuje jednotlivé vektory a jejich specifické vlastnosti, které budou moci být využívány k léčbě různých nemocí. Na konci se práce věnuje budoucnosti vývoje genové terapie a etickým otázkám, které jsou s tímto tématem spojeny.
Abstract:
The topic of this thesis are viral vectors which can be very important for the development of gene therapy in the future. The thesis is describing individual vectors and their specific properties which can be used to the treat of various diseases. The end of the work is describing development in the fututre and some ethic questions
