Satisfaction of customers in restaurant services

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou průzkumu spokojenosti zákazníků se službami restaurace Wine Food Market Praha Smíchov. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit spokojenost zákazníků s poskytovanými službami v restauraci Wine Food. Dále analyzovat názory zákazníků a odhalit případné nedostatky, na jejichž řešení by se měla restaurace zaměřit, aby zvýšila kvalitu služeb a tím i spokojenost zá-kazníků. K získání informací od respondentů byl použit vlastní kvantitativní vý-zkum ve formě elektronického dotazování. Také došlo k neformálním rozhovorům se zaměstnanci a vedením restaurace. Na základě průzkumu bylo zjištěno, že zá-kazníci restaurace jsou se službami spokojeni, i když vnímají jisté výkyvy kvality. Z otevřených otázek vyplynulo několik problematických oblastí, na které by se ve-dení restaurace mělo zaměřit, aby lépe uspokojilo očekávání zákazníků.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on a customer satisfaction with the services of restaurant Wine Food Market Praha Smíchov. The main goal of the thesis is to find out if the customers are satisfied with the services provided in Wine Food restaurant. Further analyze customers' opinions and identify possible weak points that the restaurant should focus on in order to improve the quality of services and thus the satisfaction of customers. In order to obtain information from the respondents, own quantitative research in the form of electronic questioning was used. There were also informal conversations with staff and restaurant management. Based on the survey, it was found out that customers are satisfied with the service, even though they perceive certain fluctuations in quality. The open questions have revealed several problematic areas on which the restaurant should focus to better meet customer expectations.
