Léčebně-rehabilitační plán a postup u Parkinsonovy choroby

Medical rehabilitation program and process in Parkinson disease
Abstract:
Parkinsonova choroba je nevyléčitelné degenerativní onemocnění extrapyramidového systému, které vzniká při nedostatku dopaminu v bazálních gangliích. Typickými příznaky onemocnění jsou hypokineze, rigidita a tremor. Léčba je pouze symptomatická. Zahrnuje farmakoterapii, kinezioterapii, fyzikální terapii a psychoterapii.
Abstract:
Parkinson´s disease is incurably degenerative disorder of extrapyramidal system which caused by absence of dopamin in basal ganglia. Typical symptoms are hypokinesis, rigidity a tremor. The treatment is only symptomatic and includes pharmacotherapy, kinesiotherapy, physical therapy and psychotherapy.
