V bakalárskej práci som sa venovala problematike znaleckého skúmania v trestnom konaní. Na začiatku práce som charakterizovala pojmy súvisiace so znaleckým skúmaním, zaoberala som sa znaleckým skúmaním vo vzťahu k procesu dokazovania v trestnom konaní a jeho jednotlivými zásadami.
