Banking regulation and supervision in Russia

Abstract:

Závěrečná práce je zpracována na téma „Bankovní regulace a dohled v Ruské federaci“. Obsahuje úvod, tři kapitoly, závěr, seznam zdrojů a přílohy. Cílem této práce je zkoumat teoretické a právní základy bankovního dohledu a kontroly ze strany centrální banky Ruské federace, a určit způsoby zlepšení mechanismu realizace kontrolní a dozorčí činnosti v ruském bankovním systému. V úvodu jsou prozkoumány aktuálnost vybraného tématu, objekt, předmět, cíle a úkoly výzkumu. V první kapitole jsou zkoumány teoretické základy bankovní regulace a dohledu v Rusku, pojem, význam, formy a typy regulací bank, a zároveň i metody provádění kontroly a dohledu Centrální bankou Ruské federace. Druhá kapitola analyzuje výsledky působnosti systému bankovní regulace a dohledu v Rusku, studován je současný stav bankovního sektoru v Rusku a posouzeny perspektivy jeho rozvoje. Ve třetí kapitole je navrženo zvýšení účinnosti mechanismu kontrolní a dohledové činnosti centrální banky Ruské federace, provedena analýza mechanismu uskutečnění bankovního dohledu, a také vypracována řada opatření ke zvýšení efektivnosti bankovního dohledu. Závěr obsahuje konečné úsudky a shrnuje výsledky zkoumání.

Abstract:

The final work examines the theme "Banking regulation and supervision in the Russian Federation". It contains an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of sources and supplements. The aim of this study is to focus on the theoretical and juridical basis of banking supervision and control by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, and to identify ways of improving the implementation mechanism of control and supervisory activities in the Russian banking system. In the introduction are described actuality of the selected subject, object, subject, objectives and tasks of the research. The first chapter analyzes the theoretical foundations of banking regulation and supervision in Russia, the concept of meaning, forms and types of bank regulation, and also the methods of inspection and supervision of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. The second chapter focuses on the results of the scope of banking regulation and supervision in Russia and on the current status of the banking sector in Russia and assessed perspectives of its development. The third chapter proposes increase in efficiency of the mechanism of control and surveillance activities of Central Bank of Russia, analyzes the mechanism of implementation of banking supervision, and also developes a series of measures to increase the effectiveness of banking supervision. Conclusion contains a final judgment, and sums up the findings.
