An influence of control systems of FORTERRA 140 tractor on energy and performance parameters of tillage machines.

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá současnou konstrukcí závěsných zařízení se zaměřením na elektrohydraulické regulační systémy tříbodového závěsu traktoru. V předložené práci je pro podmínky soukromé farmy vypracována metodika pro získání energetických a výkonnostních parametrů orební soupravy. Na základě navržené metodiky bylo realizováno terénní měření zaměřené na regulační systémy traktoru. Byla zvolena následující kombinace: 80 % silová regulace a 20 % polohová, dále smíšená regulace 50 % silová a 50 % polohová a poslední 80 % polohová regulace a 20 % silová. Naměřené a vypočtené hodnoty byly tabulkově a graficky zpracovány. Z provedené analýzy vyplývá, že naměřené a vypočtené hodnoty na jednotlivé regulační systémy tříbodového závěsu traktoru rozhodujícím způsobem ovlivňují energetické a výkonnostní parametry měřené orební soupravy.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the current construction of towing equipment with a focus on electro-hydraulic control systems of the three-point hitch of the tractor. In the presented thesis, a methodology for obtaining energy and performance parameters of the plough set is developed for the conditions of a private farm. Based on the proposed methodology, field measurements focused on tractor control systems were performed. The following combination was chosen: 80% force control and 20% position control, then mixed control 50% force and 50% position control and the last 80% position control and 20% force control. The measured and calculated values were tabulated and graphically processed. The performed analysis shows that the measured and calculated values for the individual control systems of the three-point hitch of the tractor decisively influence the energy and performance parameters of the measured ploughing set.
