Medical rehabilitation program and process in peripheral neuropathy

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou periferních paréz především DKK z léčebně - rehabilitačního pohledu. Nejdůležitějším tématem je radikulopatie. Vzhledem ke konkrétnímu případu pacienta popisovaného v kazuistice klademe důraz na poškození míšních kořenů. Práce je rozdělena do tří základních částí. První, obecná část, představuje ucelené anatomické, fyziologické a patofyziologické poznatky z neurologie periferního systému. Následuje speciální část, která popisuje diagnostiku, léčbu, fyzioterapeutické metody a postupy. Poslední oddíl, kazuistika, se věnuje konkrétnímu případu pacienta s poškozením nervových kořenů L4 - L5 a nástinu jeho rehabilitace.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on problems related to medical rehabilitation of peripheral paresis especially on lower limbs. The most important issue is radiculopathy. Because of concrete case, which is documented in casuistry, the emphasis is on the impairmant of the nerve roots. The thesis is separated into three basic parts. The first, general section, contains theoretical information from the areas of anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology and diagnosis of peripheral nerves. The second, specialized part, describes treatment and physiotherapic procedures and methods. The last part, casuistry, presents the patient with polyradiculopathy L4 - L5 roots and the plan of his rehabilitation.
