Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské diplomové práce Názor vysokoškolských studentů na manželství bylo pomocí statistické analýzy dat zjistit a popsat, jaké je nazírání studentů českých vysokých škol na instituci manželství. Především to, zda má podle nich v současné společnosti své místo. Data byla získána prostřednictvím kvantitativního výzkumného dotazníkového šetření, které probíhalo elektronickou formou a jehož se zúčastnilo sedm set respondentů ve věku od 18 do 26 let. Výběr otázek pro dotazník byl založen především na výzkumech Postoje k manželství, rodičovství a k rolím v rodině (2011) a Postoje k manželství a rodičovství a k rolím v rodině v České republice a v Evropě (2007) realizovaných v minulých letech pod záštitou Sociologického ústavu Akademie věd ČR. Bylo zjištěno, že ačkoli vysokoškolští studenti zaujímají vstřícný postoj k nesezdanému soužití i rozvodům, pouze necelá čtyři a půl procenta z nich uvedla, že v budoucnu manželství uzavřít nechtějí. Je proto možné prohlásit, že navzdory nízké sňatečnosti, spatřují mladí lidé v manželství určitý smysl.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor diploma thesis College students’ opinions on marriage was to analyse and describe the Czech university students’ views on marriage using statistical analysis. Primarily if they think that marriage has its place in today's world. The data was obtained through a quantitative questionnaire research survey, which was realized by electronic form and was filled by a thousand respondents aged 18-26. Selection of questions for the questionnaire was based primarily on two researches which have been conducted in the past years under the aegis of the Sociological Institute of the Academy of Sciences Czech Republic. The research carried out by me shows that although college students have a favourable attitude towards unmarried couples cohabitation and divorce, only less than four and a half percent of them said they would not want to enter into marriage in the future. It is therefore possible to say that, despite low numbers of marriages, young people still find some sense in marriage.
